Why do you require a card on the Free plan?
Card verification blocks bots, burner emails, and abuse across shared waitlists. Stripe encrypts your details and your balance remains at $0 until you upgrade.
Can I stay on Free?
Yes. Free includes unlimited projects and up to 100 active subscribers with referrals and analytics included. Upgrade only when you need more scale.
What happens if I hit a limit?
We give you a short grace period (about a week) to upgrade or clean up subscribers/domains before blocking new signups.
How do custom domains work?
Pro includes 2 custom domains and Premium includes 10. We provide DNS instructions and handle SSL automatically.
Where do API, exports, and webhooks unlock?
Pro unlocks CSV export, webhooks, and API usage (100k events/month). Premium raises quotas to 500k/month plus custom CSS/JS and priority support.
